Our advantage is based on our comprehensive process
We have been able to perfect our processes thanks to 20 years of experience in HDPE processing and recycling, and comprehensive control of our manufacturing. We monitor quality at all times – from the acquisition of recyclable materials through the recycling process to the production of the finished product and shipment to the customer. This way, we know what our products are made of and also how they are made. It also helps us at he same time!
1 Choosing the best material to begin with
In production, we use only materials from verified suppliers with authorisation to collect and transport plastics. Atus products are mainly made from HPDE polyethylene packaging.
2 Careful storage
After the introduction of quantity and quality control, we store raw materials in specially prepared boxes with hardened floors. They protect the environment from the negative impact of plastic waste.
3 Separation with optical precision
The materials are separated in a fully automated fashion, using state-of-the-art NIR infrared sensors. Only the highest-quality material without any undesirable plastics is approved for production.
4 Automatic shredding, washing and drying
Once the raw material has been pre-shredded, we ensure its appropriate purity by subjecting it to flotation and double washing.
5 Correct shredding
By mixing materials of the same grade in suitable proportions, we can produce a uniform fraction and achieve the best quality of the final material.
6 Creating finished granulate
Due to the innovative regranulation technology, we obtain uniform raw materials with high processing qualities and uniform and reproducible specifications.
7 Manufacture of specialised construction materials
Thanks to the perfected process, experienced team and highest quality control standards, we can deliver any order, and the customer will receive a product conforming to the specifications.
